We deliver worldwide without restrictions. The recipient must verify delivery in the presence of the carrier and do in case of damage, the usual comments and reservations on the receipt at time of delivery. Shipping costs are different depending on each delivery location and weight of the item, they are visible in the basket on our website and calculated automatically.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD - Paypal
The bank transaction by credit card, made between the client and the system is fully secure encrypted (40 bit) and protected. This means that the information related to your order and the number of your bank card does not circulate unencrypted on the Internet. Your bank details are not stored in computationally . SDMOTO uses the security system based on the SSL protocol.
The order confirmed by the client on the website will only be effective when the central network of bank cards has given its approval. In case of refusal of the latter, the contract will not take effect, it will be concluded when payment has been effective. If necessary, the customer will be contacted by email or telephone as soon as possible. Your account is debited for the amount of products and transport costs on the day of validating your payment.
The payment by check for foreign consumers is not accepted.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire,or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by
you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the
reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. You will have to bear the
direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Any change in this rate can then be reflected immediately on our selling prices.
Orders from European countries are not subject to additional taxes.
Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
WARRANTY OF OUR PRODUCTS
All products benefit from the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is limited to products subject to normal use and adds to the legal warranty of any hidden defects of the product sold (Article 1641 of the Civil Code). In this case, the customer is reminded that it must act within a period of 2 years from the discovery of hidden defect (Article 1648 of the Civil Code) and provide evidence of the existence of such a defect.

3. Transfer of data

Depending on the payment service provider you have selected during the ordering process, we disclose the payment details collected for order processing purposes to the bank commissioned to handle the payment and, as the case may be, to the payment service provider commissioned by us or to the selected payment service.
