Shipping and Return
Handling times depends on the product availability and are displayed on each product page.
The standard shipping mode is the International Priority Parcel.
If you need express delivery, an additional cost applies, you may contact our customer service to receive a quotation.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in FRANCE
Whatever the chosen method of shipping, we will provide as soon as possible a link that allows you to track online delivery of your package.
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay postage for each of them.
Packages are oversized and protected.
In case you receive a parcel with exterior signs of damage, please check the content before signing for delivery.
If the content seems damaged or missing, please refuse the delivery.
Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery date
Only items in perfect condition, including the original packing will be accepted
We do not accept returns of items which has been tested, used, or installed
Return costs must be paid by buyer.
Initial shipping fees are non refundable, except in case of warranty issue / defective item.
Returns matching these conditions will be accepted and fully refunded shortly after arrival to our shop
